How to track field changes

To ensure that all changes are tracked, the field should be:

Updated through transitions
Removed from the Edit Screen

Tracking of field changes during a transition is possible with the before transition and after transition options.

For example, you can track the changes made to the Due Date, who changed it, when and why was it changed.

In the post function configuration, select Due Date (Before Transition) for Previous Due Date, and Due Date (After Transition) for New Due Date.
