Installation Guide

Only members of the  Site-Admin Group  can install apps to the instance

By using Jira Apps Manager

  1. Navigate to the Find new apps section under Apps dropdown on top bar.

  2. Type Related Tickets for Jira Cloud into the search field and hit the Enter key.

  3. Click app to view the details.

  4. On the app detail view, click on the Get app button.

  5. Click on the Get it now button in the new pop-up.

  6. When completed, a Success popup will show on the top-right corner to inform you that the app has been successfully added.

By using Atlassian Marketplace listing

  1. Open the  Atlassian Marketplace and search for "Related Tickets for Jira Cloud".

  2. Click app to view the details

  3. On the app detail view, click on the Get it now button.

  4. A pop-up will appear asking you to Choose a site to install your app.

  5. You will be redirected to the "Find new apps" page on the site and a pop-up will appear.

  6. Click on the Get it now button in the new pop-up.

  7. When completed, a Success popup will show on the top-right corner to inform you that the app has been successfully added.
