Collaborative

• Users who receive the dashboard review reminders can discuss via comments

• The discussion is retained in Jira for future knowledge

Passive

• Users who receive the filter subscription can only forward the email to people they know

• The discussion is scattered across emails

Visibility

Open - It is possible to see the users who have completed the review

Unknown - Only the subscription owner knows the receipents

Enrolment

Accessible

• Anyone with access to the dashboard can subscribe to the reminders

• Any editor of the dashboard can add the Dashboard Review Gadget

Limited

• Only the owner of the filter can enable a filter subscription

• The owner must also be a group member in order to create a filter subscription for that group

• Group membership can only be managed by Jira admins
