Missing attachment scanner
Admins can now scan for missing attachments which helps to facilitate data recovery, fix broken attachments in the Jira issues and more.
The scanner can be accessed from Administration sidebar → Attachment Checker → Missing Attachment Scanner.

Bug fix
Xray disabled after Jira restart if Attachment Checker is installed
When Jira restarts, Xray is disabled. When manually enabled, some functionalities are not working.
