Editing an Existing Layout Settings

To enable/disable users to view existing layouts,

you can update the Layout setting from the Bulk Approval Field Configuration screen

Steps

1. Navigate to Bulk Approval Layout Configuration

   

   1. Click on Jira Administration icon

   2. Click on Manage apps

   3. Click on Approval Field Configurations under Bulk Approval
      

2. Locate the layout you’d wish to modify and click on Edit

   

   
   

3. Update the Layout setting

   

4. Click on Save
