Why do I receive Failed to update because ["Connect app users with \"admin\" permission and Forge apps acting on behalf of users with ADMINISTER permission can override screen security."]

Introduction

We have made a change to the scope of our app to provide you with more functionality. However, to make this change effective, our Lookup Manager now requires Admin permission.

The error message below will appear if you have not updated the app to the latest version.

To ensure the smooth functioning of our app and to continue using all its features, please update the app to the latest version. Here are the steps to follow:

Go to Manage Apps
Find Lookup Manager
Click Update
Click Accept & update
