Edit Field Layout Mapping

You must be a Jira Administrator to configure this plugin

To add/remove fields displayed fields in the layout

you can update the Layout setting from the Bulk Approval Field Configuration screen

Steps

  1. Navigate to Bulk Approval Layout Configuration

    1. Click on Jira Administration icon

    2. Click on Manage apps

    3. Click on Approval Field Configurations under Bulk Approval

  2. Locate the layout you’d wish to modify and click on Configure

  3. Update the Layout setting

    1. Add the fields which you want to be displayed in the selected Layout, 

      1. Enter the field name, and click on Add

    2. Remove the fields that are already displayed in the selected Layout

      1. click on Delete

  4. Once the fields are added, click on Back to Layout Configurations
