Improvements

MIME Type Check and files without extension

It is now possible to enable/disable MIME type check and allow/block files without extension.

Setting	Default	Description
MIME Type Check	Enabled	If enabled, both the file extension and MIME type are checked. If disabled, only the file extension is checked.
Always allow files without extension	Checked	If checked, files without extension will be allowed. If unchecked, files without extension will be blocked.

Improve logging

To avoid confusion, if Jira Service Management is not installed, the following errors will not be logged:
