Installation Guide

Log in as a  Jira administrator  to carry out the following instructions.

Installation

JIRA ADMINISTRATION > MANAGE APPS > ATLASSIAN MARKETPLACE > FIND NEW APPS

Server with Internet Access

  • Under Find New Apps (Located at the left Panel)

  • Enter RAG Status Plugin in the search field

  • Click on Install button in the UPM to install the plugin

  • Wait for the installation process to complete

Server without Internet Access

  • Under Manage Apps (Located at the left Panel)

  • Click on Upload app link

  • Click on Choose File and upload the .jar file

  • Click on Upload

  • Wait for the installation process to complete

Generate License Key

  1. Go to  License Request  at our Service Desk

  2. Fill in the required information and click on the Submit button

  3. The license key will be emailed to the given email address

Plugin License Details

JIRA ADMINISTRATION > MANAGE APPS > ATLASSIAN MARKETPLACE > MANAGE APPS

  1. Click on RAG Status Plugin under the User-installed Apps section to expand the panel

  2. Click on the Configure button to go to Plugin Admin page

  3. Fill in the details and paste the license key in the License key text box

  4. Click on the Submit button to save
