Creating a Bulk Approval Layout

What is Bulk Approval Layout

A layout determines

1. Which request types are mapped to the layout

2. Which fields are to be displayed

3. Which users can see the layout from the dropdown list

The layouts created in this page will be visible to the authorised users in the Customer portal.

Creating a Bulk Approval Layout

1. Navigate to Bulk Approval Layout Configuration either via

   1. Navigation bar, or

      

      1. Click on Jira Administration icon

      2. Click on Manage apps

      3. Click on Approval Field Configurations under Bulk Approval

   2. Shortcuts

      

      1. Search for approval field

      2. Click on Approval Field Configurations
         

2. Click on Add a new layout

   

   
   

3. Fill up the following Layout setting

   

   1. Click on Save

4. Add the fields which you want to be displayed in the selected Layout, 

   1. Enter the field name, and click on Add

      

   2. Once the fields are added, click on Back to Layout Configurations
