Introduction

There are some rare situations that attachments can be stuck in the queue for virus scanning.

• Displays the list of attachments pending virus scan

• Helps Confluence admins to identify and troubleshoot the issue if queue is not moving

How to access Attachment Scanning Queue

The page can be accessed from the admin sidebar or search.

What to do if queue is not moving

Admins can:

• Check the logs for any errors.

• Verify that virus scanner is working by running a manual scan.
