Summary
Bug fix
To only scan newly uploaded Xray attachments
If the first Xray request (e.g. Create new test step) after upgrade to v5.17.0 does not have any attachments, all Xray attachments (old and new) will be scanned when user uploads an Xray attachment.
It will take awhile for the scanning to complete if the instance has a lot of Xray attachments.
This version is a fix to ensure only newly uploaded Xray attachments are scanned.
