Sort labels and values for statistic charts

Labels and values can now be sorted in ascending (default) or descending order.

For values, if there are more than 1 filter, sort value will be based on the total value for each statistic.

Data labels not displayed when mouseover for line and pie charts

If Data Labels is set to Hide, it should still appear when mouseover.
