The File Type Violation Report performs a background scan on all the attachment files in all spaces (including those in trash) to find attachments that are not in compliance with the file type policy.
This helps to:

find violated attachments that are uploaded before Attachment Checker is installed

find violated attachments due to policy change
Key Functionalities

Admins can schedule the scanning during off-peak hours

A rescan can also be triggered when required.

The report can be exported to an Excel file. Admins can filter by creator and look for the respective users to follow up on the violated attachments.
