Microsoft Outlook .msg files being deleted even though it is not blacklisted

This happens if another file type with the mime type application/octet-stream, for example .bin, is being blacklisted.

The file will initially be uploaded successfully, but later on be deleted with the following comment added.

acj msg file deleted comment.png
