Option for OOO message to always be internal
You can now configure OOO message to always be internal even if issue is commented from the customer portal by checking the checkbox:
Exclude self as the coverer when user is setting OOO rules
When setting OOO rules, current user will be excluded from the coverer selection.
For example, if current user is admin:

Users can now set OOO message longer than 255 characters.
