Jira Dashboard Permission
Jira administrators are now able to restrict dashboard permissions to specific user groups only.
This addresses the feature request at JRASERVER-8689 to restrict who can create and customise dashboards.

Bug Fixes
Sidebar Favourites tab displayed below Folders tab
This may happen when there is a scrollbar, causing the tabs to be stacked.
We have fixed the padding such that the tabs will displayed side by side.
