Auto clean up of temp files
When an attachment with size >100MB is uploaded, a temp file will be created with file name in the format ACJ_XXXXXXXXXSHS.
The temp file has been renamed to the format ACC_XXXXXXXXXSHS and will now be auto deleted after the attachment upload.
