Quick Start Guide

You can read the Concepts page to have some basic ideas on the terminologies used

  1. Install  the Day Elapsed plugin and enter the license key 

  2. Add a Traffic Light custom field  for tracking the days elapsed

  3. Configure the calendars to let the plugin know the working days and hours for calculating the days elapsed

  4. Define the traffic light mappings with conditions (simplified version of JQL) to indicate how many days are considered yellow and red

  5. Modify your workflow to add the Calculate Days Elapsed for Traffic Light post functions to start and stop the counting

  6. Start creating your issues to see Days Elapsed and Traffic Light working
