Reassign OOO Approver Using Privileged User

When the JSM Approver is out of office, the app will update the Approvers custom field with the configured Stand-in for the JSM request.

However, the reassignment may not work if the OOO user does not have permission to update the Approvers (e.g. OOO user is not a JSM agent).

We’ve added a "Update Stand-in for OOO approver using another actor” post function to provide more flexibility and reliability during automated reassignments of approvals.

You can now define an actor who will perform the update of the approvers custom field. This ensures that transitions don't fail due to permission restrictions.
