Improvement

Reassign OOO assignee by other actor

We’ve added the "Check for OOO upon transition and perform reassignment as another user” post function to provide more flexibility and reliability during automated reassignments.

You can now define an optional Actor for the reassignment process. This ensures that transitions don't fail due to permission restrictions.

  • How it works:

    • With Actor defined: If a valid user is selected as the Actor and has the necessary "Assign Issue" permissions, the reassignment will be performed on their behalf.

    • Fallback: If no Actor is specified, or if the selected user is invalid, the reassignment defaults to the original Out-Of-Office (OOO) assignee.

To support Cloud migration pathway

We’ve added support for the Cloud migration pathway via JCMA (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant). This enhancement enables smoother and more reliable migration of app data from Data Center/Server to Cloud.
