These are the release notes for version 6.4.0 which is compatible with Jira 10. For the equivalent release notes for Jira 11, please refer to Release Notes for 7.1.0.
New Features
Addition of Global Policies
The policies previously known as “Global Policies” in previous versions have been automatically renamed to “Shared Policies”. There are no changes in their functionality and no action is required.
A new type of policy has been added which will run on all projects within your Jira instance. These can only be created by Jira admins.
Refer to Global Policies for more details.
Deletion Report
Only available for policy runs performed after updating to 6.4.0
Attachments that have been permanently deleted by Attachment Housekeeper after exceeding their Retain Until date are now tracked in a Deletion Report.
You can view some details such as the name, size, and author of the file that has been deleted from Jira.

Improvements
Revamped Jira Admin Policy Runs Page
The Jira Admin Policy Runs page has been updated to group up the policy runs on projects by the same policy run into a single entry on the Policy Runs page.
You will be able to view more details of the policy run with the breakdown per project associated with the policy.
View Marked Attachments By Policy Run
Together with the revamped Policy Runs page, you can now find all attachments that were marked by a policy run.
