Dashboard in Project Sidebar Compatibility with Jira 11
Fixed incorrect behaviour of Dashboard list in Project Sidebar with Jira 11:

when user clicks on Dashboard button, Dashboard list is not displayed

Dashboard list does not auto-close when collpasing Project Sidebar
-
unable to reopen Dashboard list when Project Sidebar is collapsed
