Feature
Added "Start Scan" and "Refresh" buttons so users can fetch the latest attachment count on demand.

When no report has been generated yet, click Start Scan to scan the space and generate the Attachment Report.

When a report already exists but may be outdated, click Refresh to pull the latest data without a full re-scan.
