Scan for file type violated attachments

The File Type Violation Report performs a background scan on all the attachment files in all spaces (including those in trash) to find attachments that are not in compliance with the file type policy.

This helps to:

• find violated attachments that are uploaded before Attachment Checker is installed

• find violated attachments due to policy change

Key Functionalities

• Admins can schedule the scanning during off-peak hours

• A rescan can also be triggered when required.

• The report can be exported to an Excel file. Admins can filter by creator and look for the respective users to follow up on the violated attachments.
