Alias Name for Project Dashboard

It is now possible to define alias name for Project Dashboard which is shorter and easier to read from the project sidebar.
Typically dashboards will have longer names to denote the association with Jira projects and the purpose, as well as easier dashboard management.
However, the name can be simplified together with the context coming from the Jira project.
