Reports on project attachments
Overview
The Project’s Space Quota provides reporting on quota (disk space) usage, counts and averages for attachments.

Who can view the project space quota
Users will be able to view the space quota if:
User is a Jira admin or
User has administer permission or
User has permission to view the project and “Allow users to view project’s space quota” is enabled

How is the data calculated
Due to performance issues, data displayed is not calculated real time.
Daily recalculation
Whenever attachments are uploaded or deleted from a project, that project will be automatically marked for recalculation.
A daily scheduled job will then at the configured scheduled time to recalculate all projects marked for recalculation.
Users can refer to Latest Calculation to see when the data has been updated.

The scheduled time can be configured at the Quota Summary page.
How to refresh the data manually
When attachment housekeeping is done, users may want to trigger recalculation so that data displayed is up-to-date.
In the project space quota page, click Recalculate.

Recalculation for all projects can be triggered at the Quota Summary page.
Who can refresh the data manually
Jira admins and Project admins can trigger recalculation anytime.
Project users can only trigger recalculation if quota usage reached alert threshold or exceeded limit.
