Support Tracker Workflow Validation

Introduction

The Workflow Validation can notify user or stop workflow transition based on each Support Tracker Project.

All the Tracking Support Tracker Issues in the Support Tracker Project will be checked to see if it has breached the warning level or 100% utilisation.

Steps

  2. Configure the workflow validation setting:

    1. e.g. if the Validation Response for Warning is set to "Continue transition and comment on Support Tracker issue", a comment will be added to the Support Tracker issue but the issue will still transit to the next step
    2. e.g. if the Validation Response for Warning is set to "Stop Transition", the workflow transition will be stopped

  5. User can change the Jira Notification Scheme tied to the Support Tracker Project to get notification for Issue Commented
