Suppress Duplicate OOO Comment Due to Automation Rule

Duplicate OOO comments may occur in scenarios where an automation rule transitions an issue after a comment. If an OOO post-function exists on that transition, Out Of Office Assistant will respond to both the comment and transition, causing duplicate comments to appear.

Now, only one comment will be made in such a situation.
