Auto-adjust value text font size in Counter Gadget

If the value text width exceeds the counter board width, the font size will be auto-adjusted to fit the board.

Fixed incorrect min/max values:

• If all issues have a positive value, the minimum value is always 0.

• If all issues have a negative value, the maximum value is always 0.
