Attachment Report in Projects

Overview

Project admins can view the summary, file type data and contributor data for attachments in the project.

Report data

The report includes a summary of attachments count and file size in the project.

Further data breakdown is split into 2 tabs:

• File Type Data - breakdown of attachments by file extension

• Contributor Data - breakdown of attachments by user (attachment creator)

In the Actions column, click to view issues containing the first 10 occurrences of attachments.

Exporting the report

To export the report for further analysis, click on Attachment List tab, then click on the Download button.

Accessing the report

Navigate to the Project → Project sidebar → Attachment Report
