Attachment Checker is now compatible with Jira 9!

Attachments uploaded through the following Xray entry points are now checked and filtered:

Test issue type → Test Steps attachments

Test Execution issue type → Execution Evidence

Only File Type Check and File Size Check are performed for attachments uploaded through Xray.

XSRF (or CSRF) protection is now enabled.
